Signature Massage
This is a 60 minute medium pressure relaxing massage therapy session combining a series of modalities such as Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Thai, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Reiki Energy Healing, among others. The goal of this session is to deeply relax you and activate your parasympathetic nervous system for optimal mental, emotional, and physical healing. This is not a deep massage or one focusing on "working out" chronic issues in the body. I can refer you to other amazing massage therapists for that kind of work. This is a sacred healing massage to deliver you into a place of soothing, deep, meditative awareness.
Thai Foot Massage
This is a 60 minute Thai reflexology massage experience designed to deeply relax you and improve circulation to the lower legs and feet. The reflex points and nerve endings on the feet connect to the body's internal organs and tissues. Thai Reflexology is an ancient detoxification treatment that provides lymphatic drainage as well as enhanced mood and sleep benefits. Hands, fingers, knuckles, and a round wooden Thai foot massage stick are utilized to work the feet into blissful relaxation.
Reiki Energy Healing
This is a 60 minute energy session. Japanese for universal life energy, Reiki is a light touch method of healing, channeling energy to promote mental, emotional and physical relaxation and healing. During your session you will be fully clothed and reclining on the massage table. I will gently place my hands on your head, shoulders, arms, abdomen, legs, and any particular areas of pain or discomfort.
Each person’s experience during Reiki will be different. A state of deep relaxation, combined with a general feeling of well-being, is usually the most noticeable immediate effect of the treatment.
Ayurvedic Aromatherapy Scalp Massage
This 60 minute luxurious treatment deeply relaxes by working Ayurvedic acupressure points in the scalp and face called marma points. Just a hint of aromatic oil to settle the restless Vata Dosha is also worked into your scalp, face, neck and shoulders through soothing massage techniques. This treatment is pure bliss and has the benefit of being an amazing headache reliever!

Massage Therapy sessions are held at 10:30AM, 12:00PM, 2:00PM, and 3:30PM ET on Fridays and Saturdays.
