Study With Me!

I guide yoga teachers, studio owners, and seekers of Vedic wisdom into the depth of the Vedic Sciences by weaving together Yoga, Ayurveda, Jyotisha, Vedanta, and the six classical Darshanas (philosophical schools) to create experiences that bring clarity, depth, and transformation to your path.

You can study with me through online learning — from masterclasses and workshops to full-length programs that take you deep into the Vedic Sciences. I am also available for hire to guide retreats, lead workshops, speak at events or on podcasts, and teach in Yoga Teacher Trainings. Ways to study with me are listed below.

Online Learning

I offer a range of online masterclasses, workshops, courses, and full-length programs designed to bring you into the heart of the Vedic Sciences and their living wisdom. Each experience goes beyond surface-level teachings to reveal the depth of Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedanta, Jyotisha, and the six philosophical schools of study (Shad Darshana), showing how they interconnect and support true transformation. Whether you join a short masterclass on a focused theme, an in-depth workshop exploring Yoga philosophy or Ayurveda, or commit to a full program that guides you step-by-step into the foundations of one of the Vedic Sciences such as Jyotisha, you’ll gain knowledge that enriches your personal practice, strengthens your teaching, and connects you to the authentic roots of the Vedic Studies. These offerings are crafted for Yoga teachers and studio owners, seekers, and spiritual practitioners who are ready to fill the gaps in their training, deepen their wisdom, and step confidently into their role as carriers of authentic Vedic knowledge.

In-Person Experiences

I bring the Vedic Sciences to life through live experiences that weave wisdom, practice, and transformation. You can invite me to teach in a variety of formats:

Mini & Day Retreats – Half-day or full-day immersions combining lecture, guided practices, and dialogue to inspire and renew.

Workshops – Custom-designed gatherings on the Vedic Sciences, including Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedanta, Jyotisha, and the six Darshanas, created for studios, communities, and organizations that want to explore authentic depth and wisdom.

Multi-Day Retreats – Extended retreats for deeper immersion, weaving together philosophy, practice, and spiritual renewal.

Speaking Engagements – Keynote talks, conference presentations, panel participation, and podcast guest appearances where clarity and depth in the Vedic Sciences are needed.

With over two decades of study and lived practice, I offer experiences that leave participants both grounded in tradition and inspired to bring authentic Vedic wisdom into their teaching and lives.

Yoga Teacher Trainings

As a senior teacher and guide in the Vedic Sciences, I am available to teach modules in Yoga Teacher Trainings (200-hour, 300-hour, or advanced programs). My role is to bring authentic depth, filling in the philosophical and spiritual foundations that are often missing in modern trainings. With over two decades of study and lived practice — and with experience both creating a Yoga Teacher Training for a yoga studio and serving as faculty in others — I ensure that trainees graduate with a well-rounded understanding of yoga as a complete path, not just asana.

I offer teaching in the following modalities:

Sanskrit – Foundational sounds, pronunciation, and the alphabet.

Introduction to Yoga Philosophy – Core teachings of yoga as a spiritual path, including in-deph knowledge of Shad Dharshana (the six philosophies) and the three major paths of Yoga (Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Jnana Yoga).

Ayurveda Fundamentals – Understanding doshas, pranas, ojas, tejas, the bodily tissues, tastes, digestion, daily rhythm, and mind-body balance.

The Bhagavad Gita – Essential lessons for the yogi’s life and practice.

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras – The psychology and philosophy of yoga and the Eight Limbs.

Select Upanishads – Ancient wisdom texts that reveal the Self and ultimate reality.

History of Yoga – Context for how yoga has evolved and where it truly originates.

Anatomy & Physiology – The muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, and a practical look at the body in practice.

Yin Yoga – Principles, techniques, and the meridian connection.

Yoga Nidra – The art and science of yogic rest and relaxation.

Vedanta – The philosophy of self-realization.

Sankhya – The cosmology and framework underpinning Yoga and Ayurveda.

By bringing these teachings into your YTT, I help your program stand apart with a curriculum that is comprehensive, authentic, transformational, and prepares teachers who embody yoga at its truest depth.
