The First Step Of The Soul Path Coaching Program

I started VISHAKHA to radically change lives. The mindset healing portion of the Soul Path Coaching program consists of three parts:

Part I: Understanding Your Soul Story (Jyotisha Vedic Astrology)


This is where you begin, with your initial Jyotisha Vedic Natal Chart reading. It’s your Soul Path Blueprint. Your birth date, exact time of birth (found on your birth certificate), and exact place of birth are necessary to do this chart reading.


This reading contains a lot of information and can be broken into one, two, or three 60-minute sessions (the Deluxe Jyotisha Session is my most requested).


We will cover the following:


Your Soul Path: The qualities you are growing into in this lifetime, why you incarnated here, and what you are working on in this life.


Your Mission: How you will carry out your Soul Path in this lifetime and how you will best express those qualities.


Your Internal Process: How your mind processes information. We will go over how your intellect takes input from the five senses and forms conclusions, makes decisions, and carries out actions based on that process.


Your Situations: Major situations and themes that will occur in your life.


Your Timing: The unfolding of karma in your life and the events that shape your life's story. This also can include ongoing Soul Path Coaching sessions to go over life transits, including Solar Return Cycles, Sade Sati Cycles, Saturn Return Cycles, and more.

Part II: Understanding Your Patterns (Psychological Astrology)


This is the next level of depth where you dive deeply into understanding your psychological patterns through Soul Path Coaching sessions. 


We will examine patterns in your chart and discuss how these were formed and how they continue to impact your life now. We will explore the following:


  • What are your inner struggles? 


  • What are your wounds and triggers?


  • Where are you aligned in your inner world and how can you build upon that?


  • What areas of you need inner healing?


This is shadow work so that you can free up the trapped energy inside of you that is better utilized in walking your Soul Path.

Part III: Understanding Your Relationships (Constellation Astrology)


It is said that we are most like the five people with which we spend most of our time. This work examines those close to you to look for patterns that you carry out into your daily life. 


Over the course of 6, 60-minute Soul Path Coaching sessions we’ll cover the following: 


  • Examine the five people closest to you and their Vedic astrology charts. Those five could be your parents, children, and close family members to see how all of you operate together as a greater whole.


  • Uncover the greater Soul Path that you share collectively.


  • Uncover collective wounds that need healing in the ancestral line/group constellation.


  • Alternatively, we could examine your five closest friendships and their charts to see how you carry forth your ancestral pattern in your friendships. This could also be done in addition to the family constellation.


  • Discover how you attract people to you in order to work out your underlying patterns individually and collectively.

  • What is Jyotisha Vedic Astrology?

    Jyotisha is a Sanskrit word that breaks down into two root words: "jyoti" and "ish". Jyoti means Light and Ish means Spirit. Jyotisha is the Light of the Spirit because it enables you to see yourself in your Highest Light.

    It is also called the Eye of Wisdom because, through the deep knowledge that Jyotisha gives you about yourself when applied in your life, you will gain great wisdom. Jyotisha is one of the Vedic healing modalities (along with Ayurveda and Vastu among others).

    It helps you to heal your perspective and your own mindset. It is said that the root of disease begins in the mind. Heal the mind, and you heal all.

  • How Will A Jyotisha Session Help Me?

    Having your Jyotisha Vedic Sidereal Natal Chart read is deeply empowering and affirming. You will walk away with an understanding of why you are the way you are, and you will gain answers to questions that you may have had your entire life.

    You will understand deep truths about your personality, discover what qualities you are working on embodying in this lifetime, and you will learn how you are to uniquely participate in the world.

  • What Is The Next Step After My First Jyotisha Session?

    Having an Ayurvedic Dosha Assessment would be the next step to begin working towards bringing balance to the body and mind. Jyotisha is a Vedic healing modality that helps to heal your mindset over a three-part process.

    The health of the body directly affects the mind and emotions, and vice versa.

    Following your Ayurvedic Dosha Assessment, additional Soul Path Coaching sessions can be scheduled to go over Yoga and Meditation practices, to dive deeper into areas of your Jyotisha chart, or discuss current or upcoming planetary transits that will affect your daily life.

    There are also other charts that we can dive into such as a Solar Return Chart (known as the birthday chart for the upcoming year) or your Moon Chart (looking at your chart from a deeper psychological lens for those who want to go even deeper).

  • How Is Jyotisha Different From Tropical Western Astrology?

    The differences between Jyotisha and Topical Western Astrology are huge! Jyotisha is a Vedic healing modality for healing your perception of your own self. Where Tropical Western Astrology has its origins in Babylonia, Egypt, and Greece and mainly focuses on planetary transits and life situations such as relationships, career, finances, etc. Jyotisha's focus is on helping you to know and understand yourself deeply.

    Both systems use your birthdate, birth time, and place of birth to calculate a birth chart, but the charts are very different in appearance, use, and how they are interpreted.

    Jyotisha is a Vedic system using coordinates in the Sidereal sky (aligning with astronomy), based on fixed star constellations called Nakshatras, as its focal point for creating the chart.

    Tropical Western Astrology uses Tropical coordinates (determined by North American seasons), based on the Spring Equinox determining the starting point of the zodiac sign Aries, as its focal point for creating the chart. The two systems vary greatly in calculations due to the wobble of the earth on its axis, known as the procession of the equinoxes.

    Jyotisha is an accurate astronomical representation of where the planets and other heavenly bodies were at the moment of your birth, whereas Tropical Western Astrology varies by about 24 degrees in its calculations. Jyotisha achieves its accuracy by calculating for the wobble of the earth on its axis. This calculation is called Ayanamsha.
